RMPL is currently only tradeable on Uniswap. For traditional crypto traders Uniswap might still be new and unknown. Here is a guide how to interact and buy on the Uniswap protocol.
Step 1: Install a Web3 Wallet
Install Metamask or any other Web3 wallet (TrustWallet on mobile for example). You can download Metamask here: https://metamask.io/download.html
If you are not familiar with Metamask, please have a look at the official FAQ: https://metamask.io/faqs.html
Make sure to backup your seed phrase, store it in a safe place, and NEVER share it with anyone!
After you have successfully installed your wallet and know how to operate it, send some ETH to your new address to later buy RMPL.
Step 2: Connect to Uniswap
Head over to https://app.uniswap.org and click “Connect to a wallet”. A window in metamask pops up which you have to confirm with your desired wallet.
Step 3: Buy $RMPL
- You can go to the RMPL pair directly with this link: https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?outputCurrency=0xe17f017475a709de58e976081eb916081ff4c9d5
- OR you can put the information in manually:
Once your wallet is connected you can see the asset you are going to sell (ETH) in the “From” field and below the asset you want to buy in the “To” field. In order to swap to RMPL, you have to click “Select a token”, paste the RMPL contract address: 0xe17f017475a709de58e976081eb916081ff4c9d5 and click on RMPL.
You can also “Add” RMPL which saves it for your wallet. Next time you don’t have to paste the contract address again.
- Now that you have successfully set the “From” and “To” assets, insert the amount of ETH you would like to swap to RMPL. The interface immediately shows you how much RMPL you will (approx.) receive. The amount might slightly differ due to sells or buys that get executed during your buy.
- Click the “Swap” Button
- Have a look at all the details of your swap and click “Confirm Swap”
- A notification in your Web3 wallet will pop up. Edit the gas fee if needed (to make the transaction faster) and check the details one last time. Click “Confirm”. Now your your Swap is in progress and you will receive RMPL in your wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed on the network.
